The Archive Collective

Returns & Refunds

The Inspection Set gives each customer an opportunity to review the exact item before approval and payment.

Final Sale

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Final-Sale Purchases

All purchases made through The Archive Collective are final sale. Before payment is collected, the customer receives an opportunity to review photographs and relevant information regarding the exact item through the Inspection Set process. Once the customer has reviewed and approved the Inspection Set and completed payment, the purchase is final.

Final-sale purchases are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or cancellation because of:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.
  • Incorrect size selection.
  • Failure to carefully review the Inspection Set.
  • The customer no longer wanting the item.
  • Condition details that were clearly disclosed before purchase.

Issues Eligible for Review

Please contact The Archive Collective promptly if:

  • The item received is materially different from the exact item approved through the Inspection Set.
  • The Archive Collective made a material error in representing the item.
  • The wrong item was sent.
  • The item was damaged due to an issue attributable to The Archive Collective.
  • The Archive Collective cannot fulfill an acquisition that was accepted and paid for.

We will review the request and available records, including the Inspection Set, approval, shipping information, photographs, and packaging. If an exception is confirmed, the appropriate remedy may include correction, replacement where reasonably available, cancellation, or refund as the circumstances and applicable law require.

How to Report an Issue

Use the details on our Contact page as soon as reasonably possible. Include your order or acquisition reference, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where relevant. Keep the item and all original packaging while the review is pending.
