A piece marked “Available for Sourcing” represents an item The Archive Collective may be able to locate. It does not mean the displayed piece is held as physical inventory or that a specific example has already been secured. Availability is confirmed only after an appropriate example is located and verified.

Website images may be archive or reference images. They show the model, design, or intended specifications, but are not necessarily photographs of the exact physical item you may receive. The exact item is presented separately in the Inspection Set.

Submitting a request tells us which piece and, where applicable, which size you want us to locate. There is no charge merely for submitting an Inspection Set request, and a request does not constitute a purchase. We do not represent that every item has been physically inspected before a request is submitted.

Once an available example is located, the Inspection Set may include:

• Photographs of the exact item being considered.
• Condition information and relevant measurements.
• Tags, labels, materials, hardware, and construction details.
• Notable wear, repairs, alterations, flaws, or other material characteristics.
• Additional verification information appropriate to the item and brand.

You should carefully review the entire Inspection Set, including exact-item photographs, size, condition, measurements, tags and details, notable flaws or wear, and any other material characteristics. Ask any questions before approving the acquisition.

Your approval confirms that you reviewed the Inspection Set and wish to proceed with the exact item presented. Payment is collected only after that review and approval. Once payment is completed, the acquisition is final sale except where rights or remedies cannot legally be waived or an exception in our Final Sale Policy applies.
